Program Coordinator

CRU Educational Camps, a division within CRU which runs fully-programmed camps for school groups during term times, is looking for a strong administrator with outstanding customer service.
Based at CRU’s Galston Gorge campsite and surrounded by the wonders of natural bushland, the Program Coordinator will join a close-knit team as they book, write, and organise programs for CRU Educational Camps.
In this role, you will coordinate and organize programs for school camps, liaising with schools to design tailored programs that meet their needs. You will ensure all pre-camp information is finalized, including dietary requirements, and manage camp logistics such as transport, activities, and accommodation. Additionally, you will handle initial camp cost quotes and post-camp invoices, follow up with groups to confirm bookings and gather necessary information, and oversee office administration tasks like ordering stationery and maintaining equipment. You will also lead and speak at 8-14 camps per year.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with an active Christian faith and church involvement, strong organizational and communication skills, and a friendly, customer service-oriented attitude. Experience with educational programs and Christian talks is preferred, along with computer literacy in Word and Excel. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have an interest and experience in working with students from K-12, and be willing to be flexible to accommodation camps.
