At CRU, we’re all about sharing the hope of Jesus with young people. On camps, or in schools, wherever kids are, we take the gospel to them. And you can be a part of it too!
Volunteer
Every year, over 900 volunteer leaders help run over 70 CRU Camps in the school holidays. These volunteers have a positive and lasting positive impact on the lives of thousands of campers. And best of all, there are Christian Discovery times each day on camp to help kids learn about Jesus and hear the gospel.

CRU has over 200 employees in various frontline and behind-the-scenes roles across our sites at Eastwood, Galston and Lake Macquarie. We are always looking for enthusiastic people who share our vision and beliefs. Our staff have skills in hospitality, property maintenance, business and administration, schools ministry, outdoor recreation, training and more!

Prayer is at the heart of CRU’s ministry and we would love you to support us in prayer. For over 90 years, we have been blessed to see God answering the prayers of the CRU community, sustaining and strengthening CRU’s ministry and bringing many young people into His kingdom.
Train for ministry
The Summit Program is a ministry leadership program. This full time, paid job involves formal training, practical ministry, mentoring, lifelong friendships and best of all… you’ll see lives transformed for Jesus as you lead on 30-35 camps each year.

Activity camps, study camps and daytime camps for kids in Kindy to Year 12.
Imagine your child spending an entire week making unforgettable memories with their friends (old and new!), while trying things they never thought they’d do.
